Receive a staff briefing and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Resolution 2022-169R, approving an amendment to an existing Lower Colorado River Authority (“LCRA”) electric line easement across City property designated as parkland located in the cul-de-sac near the intersection of Quail Creek Drive and Hummingbird Lane for the purpose of enabling overhead electric transmission line improvements; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute this amendment on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date; and consider approval of Resolution 2022-169R.

Into which fund will the $5,000 be deposited?
Electric?
General?
Other?
Will the expenses of the public hearing notices be reimbursed to the department which paid that fee first?
