Item 08: Chassis Dump Body Equipment Purchase

Consider approval of Resolution 2024-35R, approving an agreement with Rush Truck Center, through the Texas Buyboard Purchasing Cooperative for the purchase and delivery of one Peterbilt Chassis with 548 Dump Body for use by the city’s Water and Wastewater Divisions, in the amount of $175,374.73; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
