Consider approval of Resolution 2021-72R, approving a Change in Service to the agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. for an annual subscription to the Enterprise Advantage
Program in the amount of $96,115.50; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service; and declaring an effective date.

Sounds like this will help us frame our problems better, so seems like a much needed product. How many people would have access to the webcasts, professional development, meeting, etc? It would be great it if would give interns a boost with some of these deals we get as a City, would we be able to do anything like that?

Response provided by Jessica Neuner, GIS Manager:
The entire organization will have access to the subscription for the year. We can absolutely work to engage interns in training opportunities with GIS. The recommendation would be to engage with key stakeholders from departments invested in the GIS Program at CoSM to ensure we allocate resources appropriately based on strategic goals for the City as well as departmental needs.
