Is this a reasonable bid compared to what other cities have paid for similar construction/services?

The Bid Tab shows Base bid of $133,806 and Total Additive Alternate of $294,159.. What is the Total Additive Alternate? This was for an additional 4 columbaria walls . Due to amount of funds available for this project we could not go with the additive alternate. This will have to wait until another phase is funded. Obviously it would be advantageous to do at this time.

Is this a reasonable bid compared to what other cities have paid for similar construction/services?

This is a reasonable bid, these can be a very expensive construction type.
