The rest of the project is still on, it is just not funded by CDBG-DR, so it is not part of the proposed amendment.
In your City Council packet, Slide 6 of the CDBG-DR Amendment 10 presentation shows only the drainage aspects of the Blanco Gardens improvement project, because CDBG-DR is only paying for drainage improvements.
Attached are additional slides that have been previously presented to City Council that the full extent of the Blanco Gardens improvements, including those that are funded by other sources.
