Receive a presentation of the final report from the 2021 Charter Review Commission; discuss proposed amendments to the San Marcos City Charter; and provide direction to Staff.

The report states "No peer cities in the region use 2-year terms." - please provide the list of cities the Commission reviewed. Not asking for any further research.

On the council's list and addressed by the CRC on March 1 by a 6-1 vote is "... amend item (1) of Sec. 7.04 – Organization. The amendment would read as follows: “(1) A quorum shall consist of a majority of the membership, however, any motion of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall require at least five votes in the affirmative to be adopted.” But I don't find this one on the list of recommendations. What am I missing?

Was the item "Elections for mayor and council members to be held only in odd-numbered years. Section 3.01" discussed by the Commission?
