Consider approval of Ordinance 2023-82, on the second of two readings, amending Chapter 14 of the San Marcos City Code by adding a new Article 4 that adopts local amendments to the International Property Maintenance Code requiring the artistic boarding up of vacant structures; providing for the repeal of conflicting provisions; providing a savings clause; and providing an effective date.
