Please advise us at the meeting of some examples of this. All I can think of would be exempt via
Sec. 19.022. - Permit required; exemptions.

Some examples of events that would be covered by this exemption include San Marcos High School and Texas State University football games or private events held at Pauline Espinosa Community Hall. Events that would still require special event permits include Sights and Sounds, the annual Juneteenth Celebration, and the Mermaid Promenade. Additional examples can be provided at the work session.
