How does one access the Homeownership Counseling? I just used Sally on the city website and the results were not even close. Same for Housing Rehabilitation and Housing Demolition. Nor is it on the "How Do I" page.
How much remains in the Southside CDBG Housing Rehabilitation fund?
Why are recipients limited to: public or private non-profit agency, a public housing authority, a City of San Marcos department, or other government entity? Is this a new CDBG rule?
What do we plan to pay the Estimators?

Staff searched on “homeownership counseling” and “housing demolition” and realized neither program is listed on the City’s webpages. They will be added here: https://sanmarcostx.gov/3054/Housing
“Housing rehabilitation” and “homebuyer assistance” results are accurate for each.

$433,922.00, which is 100% of the allocations from program years 2019-2020 through 2022-2023.
