Consider approval of Resolution 2021-161R, approving a contract to provide funding to Christus Santa Rosa Hospital-San Marcos in the sum of $500,000 from American Rescue Plan Funds for the purpose of retaining existing hospital staff and hiring additional hospital staff, including nurses, in order to provide care for patients hospitalized for treatment of Covid-19 during the current surge in cases in San Marcos and within Hays County; and declaring an effective date.
