Consider approval of Resolution 2024-96R, approving an agreement with Rush Truck Center, through the Texas Buyboard Purchasing Cooperative, for the purchase and delivery of one Peterbilt 537 Dump Truck for use by the Utilities Department - Water/Wastewater Division, in the amount of $147,978.76; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
