Item 02: Rental Property Standards - San Marcos City Code

Consider approval of Ordinance 2024-14, on the second of two readings, amending Chapter 34, Article 7, Rental Property Standards, of the San Marcos City Code by updating the regulations governing Short-Term Rentals; providing a savings clause; providing for a the repeal of conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date.

I'm not finding the amendments I suggested and to which council generally agreed (I didn't make formal motions to amend) in any of the ordinance versions in this packet. It's not addressed in the ARF and I expected to see the NEW changes done in track changes and highlighted in yellow as Mr. Cosentino used to do.

I think I will need to pull this from consent and make a motion to postpone.
Please advise.
