Glassgow Survey No. 14, Abstract No. 188 and the John Williams Survey, Abstract No’s. 471 and 490, in Hays County, Texas, generally located at the corner of the West Centerpoint Road and Ranch Road 12 intersection, from “FD“ Future Development to “CC” Community Commercial or, subject to consent of the owner, another less intense zoning district classification, including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date.
