Consider approval of Resolution 2023-175R, approving an increase in cost to the contract with Climatec, LLC for technical support for facilities in the amount of $38,718.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the appropriate documents to implement the increase on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
