Consider approval of Resolution 2024-221R, approving a contract extension of up to five one-year periods with AVI-SPL, LLC., for vendor licensing and technical support for the City’s telephone system, through the Texas Department of Information Resources, in the amount of $78,918.94 each year; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the contract extension; and declaring an effective date.
