Consider approval of Resolution 2023-76R, approving a contract with Maguire Iron, Inc. through the Interlocal Purchasing System, TIPS Cooperative for water storage tank repairs for the Utilities Department in the estimated amount of $166,730.00; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
