Consider approval of Ordinance 2023-11, on the second of two readings, amending Chapter 2, Division 19 of the San Marcos City Code to clarify and change the qualifications for membership and voting rights of the City’s Economic Development Board (“EDSM”); providing a savings clause; providing for the repeal of any conflicting provisions; and providing an effective date.
