The City Council will convene in executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code (Consultation with Attorney) to receive legal advice regarding the matter of Whisper Master Community, LP vs. City of San Marcos, Cause No. 24-2917, filed in Hays County District Court and possible settlement offer.
