Receive a staff presentation on a six-month pilot program which would expand the SPIN Scooter service area to include a service area east of IH35 and extend the SPIN scooter service hours to twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and receive Council direction.

Have we changed our specifications for bus stops to be larger so they can be scooter stations also?

Yes, the original specification for a bus shelter pad was 5 feet by 18 feet. Our current specification is 6 feet by 23 feet which allows space for scooters and a bike rack. This bus shelter pad size is contingent on sufficient right-of-way.
