Consider approval of Resolution 2021-236R, authorizing a Change in Service to the agreement with MGT Consulting Group, LLC to add cost allocation plan services in the amount of $25,400.00 for a total contract amount of $60,800.00; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service; and declaring an effective date.
