The City Council will convene in executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code (Consultation with Attorney) to receive legal advice regarding the terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated Regional (Hays/Caldwell Counties Area) Water Supply and Treatment Contract with the Canyon Regional Water Authority.
