Consider approval of Resolution 2024-71R, approving a fourth Change in Service to the professional services agreement with BGE, Inc., relating to the Wallace Offsite Drainage Improvements Project in the estimated amount of $126,444.00 for a total contract price of $1,636,218.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the appropriate documents to implement the change in service; and declaring an effective date.
