Consider approval of Ordinance 2023-77, on the second of two readings, amending Chapter 19 of the San Marcos City Code regarding special events for the purposes of creating more ease in the application process, establishing a one stop shop for customers and improving safety, equity and coordination of events; providing a savings clause; providing for the repeal of any conflicting provisions; and providing an effective date.
