Consider approval of Resolution 2024-233R, approving the award of a contract to CXT Inc., through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program, for a precast concrete fully accessible restroom facility for the Dunbar Park Restroom Project in an amount not to exceed $109,168.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the contract on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
