Consider approval of Resolution 2024-135R, approving a contract with NWN Corporation to upgrade the Emergency Operations Center room at the city’s Public Services Complex in the amount of $219,052.67 from funds received by the City under the American Rescue Plan Act; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreements and any necessary related documents on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
