Consider approval of Resolution 2024-28R, approving a Change in Service to extend the agreement with Certified Folder Display Service, Inc., for media brochure distribution for the Convention and Visitors Bureau in the estimated annual amount of $20,268.96, with up to three additional one-year renewals; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
