Consider approval of Resolution 2021-223R, approving a Change in Service to the agreement with Freeit Data Solutions, Inc. through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Department of Information Resources (DIR) Program to purchase additional storage, software and five years of support in the amount of $397,091.32 for a total contract amount of $771,696.95; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service; and declaring an effective date.
