Consider approval of Resolution 2022-13R, awarding a construction contract to Myers Concrete Construction LP, for the San Marcos Downtown Accessible Pedestrian Traffic Signal Improvements project in the total amount of $368,052.04; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
