Consider approval of Resolution 2022-179R, awarding and approving a design contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. of 10814 Jollyvile Road, Avallon 4, Suite 200, Austin, for engineering services for State Highway 123 at De Zavala Intersection Improvements Waterline Relocation design, bidding, and construction phase services, in the estimated amount of $89,920.75; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
