Consider approval of Resolution 2023-05R, approving an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, for erosion control materials in the estimated amount of $32,320.00 for a term of one year, with three one year renewals; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
