Consider approval of Resolution 2022-135R, approving a contract with Southwest Solutions Group, Inc., through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase of evidence storage shelving at the San Marcos Police Department in the estimated amount of $70,995.71; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
