Consider approval of Resolution 2022‑242R, approving a public utility easement and release of property interests with Hays County Emergency Services District No. 3 providing for the district to grant a public utility easement to the City and for the City to release any interests it may have in an abandoned wastewater line on the district’s property on West San Antonio Street in connection with the Purgatory Creek 18‑inch wastewater CIP project; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the release of easement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. |
