Consider approval of Resolution 2022-67R authorizing a Change Order to the construction contract with Myers Concrete Construction, LP, relating to the San Marcos Downtown Accessible Pedestrian Traffic Signal Improvements Project to decrease the contract price in the amount of $125,994.80; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the Change Order on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
