Consider approval of Resolution 2021-98R, approving an agreement with Austin Wood Recycling, Inc. for Wood Grinding Services for use by the Neighborhood Enhancement Department in the annual amount of $26,000.00 and authorizing three annual renewals for a total contract amount of $104,000.00; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring effective date.
