Consider approval of Resolution 2022-31R, approving an agreement for the provision of services in connection with the proposed owner requested annexation in Case No.
AN-22-04 of approximately 1.11 acres of land located approximately 1,900 feet West of the Intersection of Craddock Avenue and Old Ranch Road 12; authorizing the City Manager, or the City Manager’s designee, to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; setting a date for a Public Hearing concerning the proposed annexation of said tract of land; and declaring an effective date.
