Consider approval of Resolution 2022-206R, approving a contract with Sullivan Contracting Services through the Choice Partners Purchasing Cooperative Program for emergency roof repair of a hangar at the San Marcos Regional Airport damaged recently during a storm in the estimated amount of $101,277.77; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.

I don't know the codes for the Funds Required item. Is this coming out of our General fund?
"Airport CIP" doesn't tell me.
Do we have a fund for this type of repair or are we finding funds here and there to do this?

Response provided by Sabas Avila, Director of Public Works:

The funding for the airport hanger roof repairs and improvements will be paid from three Capital Improvement Program (CIP) accounts established by the City to fund major capital airport improvements. The project will utilize remaining funds from CIP accounts established in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Per the City’s contract with Texas Aviation Partners, the City is responsible for all repairs and/or improvement over $5,000.
