Consider approval of Resolution 2021-99R, approving a professional services agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for the provision of preliminary engineering services in connection with the Highway 80 Utility Improvements Project in a not-to-exceed amount of $346,053.00; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement; and declaring an effective date.
