Consider approval of Resolution 2024-36R, approving an agreement with Doggett Freightliner of South Texas, LLC., through the Texas Buyboard Purchasing Cooperative for the purchase and delivery of one Freightliner Chassis with Truvac HXX for use by the city’s Water and Wastewater Divisions, in the amount of $524,797.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
