Consider approval of Resolution 2023-11R, approving a contract with Progressive Commercial Aquatics, Inc., through the Texas BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for the purchase and installation of Neptune Benson fiberglass sand filtration on the Rio Vista Lap Pool in the amount of $121,056.53; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
