Consider approval of Resolution 2023 164R, approving a contract with Alamo Crane Service Inc. for crane and hauling services regarding electrical equipment and improvements in the annual amount of $60,000.00 with up to four one year extensions for a total contract price of $300,000.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the contract and renewals on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
