Consider approval of Resolution 2022‑256R, awarding and approving a contract with Galls, LLC, through the Texas BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for the purchase of uniforms on an as‑needed basis for the Fire Department for an initial term of one year with options to renew for two additional one‑year terms in the estimated annual amount of $110,000.00; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. |
