Consider approval of Resolution 2021-169R, approving an agreement with Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative for interconnection of the City’s solar array at the Public Service Center located at 2217 East McCarty Lane; authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
