Consider approval of Resolution 2022-85R, authorizing a Change in Service to the professional services agreement with Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., related to the Purgatory Creek Improvements Project in the estimated amount of $65,906.25 for additional archeological field work; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the appropriate documents to implement the change in service on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
