Consider approval of Resolution 2024-58R, approving an agreement with Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc., for the provision of professional engineering services for the Rattler Road Waterline Extension Project for $147,009.10; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
