1.3.2 G The following text is marked to be deleted. Is that because we are doing this now?
"Contractor will provide educational material (including downloads) on Texas Disposal Systems website."
Same for 1.5.2 public outreach program. Educational outreach is in a different section. We cleaned up all the educational outreach and consolidated it in 1.5. Since the last edits, TDS has added Waste Wizard and are adding information about the decals. All of this is to keep up with changing markets and what they accept.
1.3.3 G "G. Green Waste Cart" section is marked to be deleted. Why? Renamed? Moved? The ‘G’ that is marked out is when we started the green waste cart service. We didn’t want to cause any confusion on what is in the updated/edited contract.
Where are the new attachments (A-D) with the fees, etc. on the track changes document? I see an Attachment A from 2015 which shows all text to be deleted and no other attachments.
I see them on the "clean" (not tracked changes document). The previous Attachment A only had two years of rates. When we started the contract, the increase was based on the Consumer Price Index, which changed annually. In 2016, we went to an annual increase of 3%. There is not a redline B and C. Those are new. As we add and remove facilities and acceptable/nonacceptable items, it will be easier to update the attachment. The previous Attachment B (Authorization of Chane in Services) is now B.
Where is the information about San Marcos groups eligible to use the Pavilion? I see City council/staff and the cabins. That is not the same.
We have checked with TDS and they do not make this available to non profits in any of their contracts.
