Consider approval of Resolution 2022-114R, awarding a construction contract to Western Specialty Contractors through the Omnia Cooperative Purchasing Program for the Activity Center Wall Coating Project in the estimated amount of $154,681.03; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
