Consider approval of Resolution 2022-183R, approving a modification to a project using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement funds allocated in the City’s Action Plan for the year 2020-2021 for renovations at 211 Lee Street with houses the Centro Cultural Hispano De San Marcos; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, as the City’s Representative to execute any necessary documents related to the modification of the project; and declaring an effective date.
