Consider approval of Resolution 2022-04R, awarding a contract to Fleet Analytics, LLC for an annual subscription, technical support and software maintenance of an Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) System for a term of five years in the total contract amount of $213,000.00; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
