Staff has a handful of Development Code Amendments which were awaiting Comp Plan approval – adding a PDD-like option to Code, installation of emergency sirens with new developments, and others identified by Staff. These amendments, in addition to a full review of the Code based on the Comp Plan Goals, are forthcoming, but not being considered at this time. Staff anticipates a process with multiple options for public input for these more detailed amendments.
