Consider approval of Resolution 2024-59R, approving an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with Hays County providing for the installation of city waterline facilities in conjunction with the Old Bastrop Highway (CR 266) project; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the amendment on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
